so the bigger the port the lower the box rise?

car audio is just a LOT more complicated than "this amp does this power" or "this sub will be this loud". its like 2 + 2 = banana. (if that confuses you then you get the point) lol

so the bigger the port the lower the box rise?

Although a big box with a small port will have less impedance rise so the amp makes more

power, a small box with a huge port will be much more efficient and will probably achieve

a similar SPL but with much less demand on your sub, amp and electrical system BECAUSE

of the impedance rise.

you gotta get you a router. i finally got one a few months ago. sub cutouts are no problem any more.

i like how you got that threaded rod in with the drill. i remember having to spin a nut down 3 feet of that and it sucked.
