The place I moved into a few months ago has a ton of old tin siding and steel. Is this stuff worth anything as scrap? I'm tired of looking at it and would like to make some money off it if I can to put towards my blowthrough fund.

Well I guess I'll just sit on it then and wait for the market to pick back up.

Call your local scrap yards for pricing. I spent an hour cutting out old radiators from a bunch of a/c units, got like 70 bucks for my time, plus another 40 for the bulk metal of the units. They normally go by the hundred pounds for bulk, just guess how much you have and how much they pay. G/L.
