ok, so before i was asking about what size and how many batts i would need to run my two re sx 15's. But you guys are right, it would be better to buy a ho alt than batts. so i present this question lol I have to re sx 15's (1000rms each) and i will be running a audiopipe 3000. i have a stock 750cca batt up front, what size iraggi alt will i need??

SUCCESS is a decision, NOT a dream. You have to name the price you are willing to pay to get it.

I wouldn't necessarily say the biggest one you can find/fit

start with an alt that has good at idle amperage and then get a dual alt bracket with a bigger sized alt for the 2,000 RPM range if your system grows

Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

Exactly. Idling amperage is key for daily use, and I will be making the switch to dc soon. Something about having a dual alt setup that can't feed my power windows at idle is f'd up.

DC /thread. I would never buy Iraggi again. After he got 2k of my money and still wont email me back- he's a waste of time. When there are reputable companies with good product and customers to back up the c/s why even risk a problem with a company with so-so feedback. DC and Mechman are great companies also backed by this site.
