It sounded so wonderful to hear the computer guys voice sound so happily, but it soon turned sour when I got a hold of an actual person who knows no English whatsoever. The guy constantly put me on hold, I couldn't understand half of what he was saying. To make a long story short I ended up hanging up on him because he evidently know how to say "sorry sir we cant help you with that" quite well. Chris Posted April 15, 2007 Report Share Posted April 15, 2007 I beg to differ! I just called them 2 days ago to cancel my live account since I upgraded my operating system & can no longer access it. I got some guy I think from ireland, & he actually put irish fiddle music while I was on hold. It took about 3 min. to get a hold of someone, & about another 3 to cancel my account. It was a very pleasant experience for me at least. You probably got transferred to india. I wonder how bad it would be if we DIDN'T outsource our customer support services!?
