Guest Posted September 9, 2009 Report Share Posted September 9, 2009 what ohm load do you have the sub/subs wired to? dont mean to double post, but x2 this. pull the subs out and check for frayed wires, wires touching eachother, or wires gone loose from the subs. davewms9605 Posted September 9, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 9, 2009 we took the subs out, redid the wires, cleaned all the grounds, cleaned the bat terminals, checked all the wiring and fixed what we thought was bad connections and the system is still shutting off. the amp light still turns orange. is there anything else? davewms9605 Posted September 10, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 10, 2009 He has a cheap deck, a jensen 7" touchscreen dvd and we think thats whats causing all the riff raff so he's going to replace it with a pioneer and all new rca's, the ones he got are like the cheapest you can get and i dont even think theyre name brand.
