bobo333 Posted July 18, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 18, 2010 hey guys looks like i forgot to finish the teasing... oh well, it was just trim panels around the wall what i have for you today is much more exciting got a lot of work done on my sub box yesterday/last night... hopefully i can get all the pics in one post got port? lol its bigger than most of my freinds whole sub boxes the mounting flange for the port: the hole that the port goes in: port all glued/screwed together: re-sealing and bracing the box from the inside all of the trim panels on: rounded over the end of the port, i also did this to the mouth of the diamond for better airflow: when i measured the port i forgot to take into account the angle at the top of the box so it hit so i just trimmed that corner off so it fit properly then dropped the subs and port back in... this is my mate AJ getting in the way again: heres a (crappy phone) video of it all working again, ive got a fair bit more flex on the mirrors and doors and roof but the trim panels killed most of the boot flex which means their workin thanks for lookin ^^^ clicky pics for build logs ^^^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
