Thewes
I need to know where a good place to wire up the remote wire. For example I know there must be a fuse on the interior fuse panel that starts when the ignition is on? I tried a couple and I am getting tired of picking fuses out and guessing. HaMSaMMiCH
use a multi-meter. All newer GM vehicles have DATA turn on, so most of the interior fuses are constant instead of switched. Worst case scenario if none of the fuses are switched you will probably have to use a relay and tap the acc wire at the ignition. CAUTION! POOR INSTALLATION MAY SHORT BOTH YOUR SYSTEM AND WALLET
MXmike800
just run a 12v+ wire from your battery to a switch in your truck, when you want bang flip on flip off for amp to shutdown
jl10w3s
there is a relay box on the floor of the drivers side up by the E brake. It has a big cover on it with a pic of a fuse on it you can grab switched there I think it's the pink wire if I remember correctly. I have a 08 avalanche and I had to buy a aftermarket onstar interface for the radio to work and on it it had 2 remote wires that turns on and off with the ignition New build Not Done YET!!!!! 3 BTL 15s 2 sundown 3000d 2 sundown 125.2 8 eminence 6.5 alphas 4 apt 80 supertweeters
