Its a pioneer 600 watt amp soon to be something else. does anyone have any idea what i should when i ran pioneer amps (7300 and the 8400) i blew fuses frequently as well. i was using my stock alternator, on my stock battery, and i was using 8awg power wire. the reason mine blew is that my voltage dropped heavily and the power wire i was using constricted my system. think fo your power wire like a straw. the smaller the diameter, the more difficult it is to move a medium. when your power wire is too small for your amplifier (especially if its a long 15-20 foot run) it will heat up because of the current draw, which ultimately blows the fuse. too much power being pulled = blown fuses. best thing to do would be to check all of your grounds and be SURE that they are all grounded well and flow electricity easily. from there, check for any shorts in the system. a positive wire bumping against a negative is an easy way to pop a fuse. lastly, decide if its time to upgrade your wire to a better size. going to a 4awg with a 4-8 awg reducer would work wonders in a system like you have. 8 DC Level 4 M2 15s2 DC Audio 5ks26^2 clamshell tuned to 30hz9 Kinetik 1400sMechman externally reg'd 340 S seriesin a 99 Jeep Cherokee Click to see J00bles' Youtube Channel
