ArmoredPersonel48698 Posted September 26, 2009 Report Posted September 26, 2009 I'd like to get some kick panel enclosures soon or a-pillars (if I can find a place that makes them or get the local shop to make some for me), but a-panels seem better. A little info before hand: Running a Kenwood KDC-X493 headunit 22w RMS x 4 (50w x 4 peak) to the 4 speakers I already have (4 x kenwood 1682ie 40w RMS each) Running a Kenwood KAC-9104D amp to my subs So...most of that information isn't important, but anywho. I'm looking at getting two q-logic 5.25" CRV kick panel enclosures. The speakers I'm interested in are http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_11917_...d+KFC-P508.html. Any opinions on them? I like kenwood, so I'd like to stick with them. Now, for the amp. Considering I'll now have 6 channels, should I go with a 4 channel amp, and have the two kick panels connected to my two front door speakers with two more going to the back, or go with a 6 channel amp and power all 6 channels independently? A tad confusing for me...so any and all help would be appreciated. 1998 Honda CR-V Installed: 1 x Kenwood KAC-9104D amp 2 x Kenwood KFC-W3012 12" subs 4 x Kenwood KFC-1682ie 3-way components 1 x Kenwood Excelon KDC-X493 head unit My Honda Build
