I just turned 29 and usually I'm very physically active but this year I have gone through some things (health wise) so I haven't been very physical. It has dropped down into the 50s the last 2 nights and both yesterday and this mornning I'm wanting to scream for pain pills. Its like my muscles just won't loosen up and slight sorness all over. It sucks beeing sick. Hope you get well soon bro. Being my left arm is full of metal and I have spinal arthritus, this spell of colder weather moving in like it has been has been real fun as of lately. But I also go through this every year with the changing season and have been ever since my back injury 8 years ago. Hang in there man, things will come around.
