unknown123 Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 hi people!Im just wondering if a pioneer TS-W308D4 would work good on a MTX 1-Channel Car Amplifier (TN250/1) wired to 2 ohm.Also in a sealed 1.72 cubic foot enclosure(it has the sub displacement in there) will this setup work good and have good bass?

Well i see the sub rated for 400 rms to 1400rms, and the amp is only 200 Watts RMS x 1 Channel at 2 Ohms id look for a different amp imo, what kinda budget do you have?

Well the sub is actually rated for just 400rms, not 400-1400... 1400 is just what they rated the peak to be. But i do have to agree, i would find an amp that does a lil more power than the one the OP posted. If that is the only one he has, then i suggest to build an enclosure that will help increase the efficiency of the sub.
