Crump Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 I did an install with that amp, and honestly i would get a bigger batt in the back, he has an hc 1400 and he was dropping low 13's, with a 1400, if your just running a 600 i would worry about your amp more than the alt. Then he added a Stinger sp44 in front and its all good today. He has a stock alt. If you have the DOHC Zetec engine, it's slightly more complicated.. Sometimes, a "HO" alt isn't the best option when you dont need it.. Rob
