97cavy
Well, joined a while back, but never posted. Having some downtime due to a massive headache, and figured id fianlly post up some pics. Vehicle: Equipment HU- Some crappy panasonic for now, probably gonna throw the jensen 9311ts from my work truck in there soon Amps- 2 powerbass 3000d's Batts- 1 everstart maxx under the hood, 3 NSB 125's out back Subs- 4 dual 1ohm Soundstream t4's Old box: Box was kinda crappy, no rounding or anything, just basically something me and some friends threw together one afternoon cuz i was sick of being without bass. That was last summer, and due to having a work vehicle, i havent driven my truck more then 300 miles since last summer, but finally got around to rebuilding it. Had a friend do the work, came out pretty nice I think. (ran outta fill length pieces so had to piece together the 2nd layer for one side) 1 top layer enough? Nope! 3 total Heres it in the truck: Havent had it on a meter yet, and im pretty sure one of my amps is toasted, so gotta see about getting that repaired before SPL max show (SVR) but will update when i get a score Quote 18 T3 TS 12''s 3 Crunch GP-3000d's

97cavy
i dont see how you can call panasonic crappy then talk about putting a jensen in there. Ive been using the jensen daily in my work truck (im usually in the truck for 8-12hrs a day) and it has actually has supprized me. I used to have an eclipse 7002 (although old, still a nice unit) and this unit IMHO is actually better then the eclipse. Ive also used quite a few pioneer models, and it hasnt let me down once. Plays everything I throw at it, and for $350. I havent been able to get it to skip either, which is a MAJOR problem with the pannasonic, in fact, i HAVE to use my ipod because anything will make it skip. I was at first skeptical of the jensen name, but I will honestly say, dont knock it till ya try it out, I feel for the price, its hard to touch. Doesnt have all the bells and everything as the top $ unit's have, but my expectations arent much with it Quote 18 T3 TS 12''s 3 Crunch GP-3000d's
97cavy
Im sure some of them are good, but the one I havent isint great. I had MULTIPLE pioneer 7700's that kept crapping out on me, and picked it up for $100 on sale at CC to go to a show with Quote 18 T3 TS 12''s 3 Crunch GP-3000d's
