Monoblock Amplifier

Can you explain why this amp NOT monoblock???

In the photo in ampguts, it has 2) circuit boards, showing that it is 2) mono amps that are connected together for a mono output.

So essentially its a 2ch amp that is bridged internally.

Voltage x Amperage x Efficiency (in decimal form) = power (in watts).

Ex. 14.4 volts x 250 amps x .8 (80% efficiency) = 2880 watts.

OH, and I re-read, it doesn't come with a 250 amp fuse. In fact, it looks like it doesn't come with any fuse, so you could use any size you wanted inline on the power wire. I'd run a 250 since that's what's recommended.

I appreciate that man.

what they should have done (THe Loudest) they should have rated the amp at 1500 watts rms, and that would justify the $400 plus price tag, we love underated amps,

i love this sh--t man 1966 Ford Fairlane Pioneer prs 80, the big three, with 2 big azz agm batts, dual 270/200 amp alts , two 8'' mids and tweets in the kick( PPI phantom 600.2). two 10''s and tweets in the doors, two 10'' mids and tweets in the rear decK ( Lanar opti 500x2). 2 C2 Audio Threatcon 4 12s on a Crunch GP3000d.
