I would work on the deadening before I did the fresh air vents, but that's just me. I would do something temporary or removable for the fresh air vents if I did it. The truck is still a driver after all. Anotherguy Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 If you seal of the vents you will regret it. I did it with deadening. Every time I turned the ac or the heat on the top of the doors stated flapping and the cab gets super pressurized. Just seal the wall of as good as you can.
