geraldwp
well the truck is the 03 body style and has the two half doors on the back. so i have a little more room than you do i think. and i plan on bracing the box like crazy and using glass/resin on the inside. and i was definitely going to do the double or triple baffle, most likely the triple. i am looking for at least 150+ so i hope you are right. geraldwp
how does that port provide that tuning? when i calculate it, i get that it needs to be around 20 inches in length. geraldwp
Slot ports lower tuning ive never heard that. i thought a slot port was essentially just a rectangle port. Bunker
That is somewhat rule of thumb regarding port area but by no means is the best option in every setup. I will generally go anywhere from 10-18in^2 per ft3 depending the power, subs, enclosure design, etc. There is no way for us to tell u what # you might get, all we can do is take *very rough* guesses. What vehicle is this going in?? Remember this later down the road you will thank him for this post.
