Playa Named Joe
So a few days ago i posted that my wires going to mu amp, 1/0 g, were to big. Some ppl said get some reducers. I did. The pos and neg terminals are mpther fkn close that the reducers cant fit in next to each other. So i can only use ome reducer. Anyone know how to fix this? Im starting tp regret buy RF... I bought it thinking i would not have this problm. I thnk i should bought an AQ or somethimg and sabed $150. 1992Chevy K1500
Tin the wire with solder till it's coated all the way through. Then use a bench grinder to grind it down till it fits. Decaf
just cut the wire down to size so it fits.... its just fine to do that as long as u make sure there are NO frayed ends its crazy to think u need reducers, they are just easier and its a good amp... no worries.... aq1200d has 4g input as well Edited November 1, 2009 by Decaf

Okay......And by Frayed I believe he means when you put the wire in, if there were little strands sticking out of the terminal, like strands that could potentially short to the Negative or Positive terminals.
