Kian Posted November 4, 2009 Report Posted November 4, 2009 For burps only, has anyone really burped a BTL with over 7KW of power? Reason im asking is because when i get my new amp i will probably push it to it's limits. I have burped my BTL with 3,500 + watts of clamped power and it's xmax was very far at 51 hz. Cause i hear people saying that it cant take more then 5kw. Maybe i need to tune higher, i dont know. Please can i have some input. Thank you. DUBIE Posted November 4, 2009 Report Posted November 4, 2009 steve had his BTL's on 5k daily with no problem.. make a good burp box and try it. with a nice amp and clean power it should handle more than 5k. Quote
