Help with box design

here is what im rolling now:

hmmmm...is it built like that? side for side? 45 for 45? i'm just curious as to why whoever designed it put 45's in all the corners except the most important corners that would actually help the air flow through the port heheh. OR rounded over port walls EEK! lol
