I was just wondering how much parts would cost and how much labor would cost to get a 6" lift on my cadillac...

i doubt i'll get it but it might be cool and if its reasonably priced i might do it..

i dont do that, because its GAY! LOL its never reasonably priced to do that.... the last guy i quoted $4500 installed, when we were finished he spent more like $6000

a complete lift kit is 2 cross members with compression struts, upper and lower controll arms, 2 front coils, and a block or add-leaf for the rear! what does your buddy do for longer brake lines? who does his front end alignments? please include pictures of these $500 welds! LOL

damn you got told :D

reminds me of going to Motorsport Dynamics with my Celica years ago and asking for a proper lowering kit. That was expensive in those days so you know what we did, we grabbed a torch and cut the springs in half and called it a day. It wasnt proper but it worked, sorta. Whether you do it the RIGHT way or have your boy do it, the bottom line is you get what you pay for.
