In all they learn that if you have your dog on a leash you need to keep your little dog's away. There is a reason why my dog was on a leash. Hello leash laws. I was told I was not at fault but the bill was a lot more but the owner only ask for that amount and she sign off as payoff. So she could not ask for more in the future.
