Mosin Posted November 27, 2009 Report Posted November 27, 2009 (edited) Vehicle is a 2002 Mazda Protege ES with the 2.0L. (Stock alt) Alt went out a few days ago, had it rebuilt at a local shop and again its not working. Headlights were dim as hell, Pioneer deck wouldnt turn on etc... What could cause this? I just wanna know whats causing it, not how to upgrade. What could the Pioneer deck be doing to the alt/electrical system? It plays and works flawlessly just shuts off along with everything else when voltage dips. Tried diff batts already. Quote Derp.
