So if you have your crossover set at 60hz x1 its set at 60hz. If you have it set at 60hz x10 its set at 600hz. The 12db / 24db is your crossover slope, how quick it cuts out the frequencies. Just google "crossover slope" and you will get good definitions on that one. Hope that helps.
