So i had a second opinion on this stock and my guy looked into its history, on the TSX TUE-X, and we only found its high to be $3 ever, a few years back. Can someone show me when it hit $5? Also he was explaining to me that currently there isnt much demand for uranium in the world, besides Canada and China needing a little, but he was very skeptical about this stock. He could be wrong but im just letting you know what his opinion was and he does this as a job. He told me to look into zinc,iron, copper, gold, and silver.

I'm sure half the stocks I buy he would think it's stupid bc I play with low stocks. I'm not telling pep to buy buy but to just look at it and consider it. I've made allot of money with uranium stocks and so has my friend so I don't know what's he's getting at. If I listed to pep tell me no no don't buy that I would be half poor......just do ur research and ur good.... nice man, keep it up. I actually use Etrade for my primary bank account for saving. I kinda dont like how some banks handle money and such i guess. plus the interest rate on etrade is better then the bank, just depends how much you first transfer into your account. i have like 80% of my money on etrade and keep spending money in bank

lmao yeah you can withdrawl whenever you want but if you buy stocks then no you cant. if you get $100 in stocks, that $100 is tied up until you sell your stocks. that about it though. you can also open up a checking account and get a debit card in the mail that looks kick ass and free atm world wide. I beleive the etrade card is used to get money straight from your online account. but i havent used it yet lol

I'm not going to quote anyones posts, but i will reply to some things I saw.

Regarding getting money out whenever you want. Check the fine print man, some companies will have fees for just about anything,including transfering money. Just ask a rep of e trade they will tell you.

From what I have read, there are multiple ways to do reasearch. Technical Analysis and fundamental analysis, and then there is a theory that theory that none of that stuff impacts the price, that the price changing is completely random (and sometimes it is)!

Technical analysis has to do with stock price and trading volume, and fundamental analysis takes into account pretty much everything else (sector, media, eps, growth, everything). Turn on AM radio and listen to an investing radio station, you will hear about the market and what the government is doing and interst rates and banks and bla bla bla and a lot of this what is a part of "fundamental analysis."

The way I see it is there are a couple solid methods to making some money.

1) look at estimated eps, and then the actual eps, try to keep up with it. Stock prices will sky rocket sometimes because they exceed their estimated eps. Look at big lots or amazon. Amazon went up 20 dollars the day they reported their earnings this last quarter, $20.00.

2) Follow specific stocks all the time, learn them, get familiar with them. Look at what is going on with price, volume, and everything that is reported about them. I have found that you become extremely familiar with a stock when you put money in it and the next day it goes down, and you end up holding on to it for a long time. If you are familiar with it, and you have seen what has happened after they do worse than their estimated eps, you can capitalize the next time it happens (I am speaking specifically about my experience with AMR currently).

3) Look at VOLUME. This is something that i have recently been introduced to, but the market and stocks usually go with the big investors (not only investors like buffet, but really companies and investment firms and hedge funds), and you want to go WITH the big investors.

I (key word I) believe these are 3 solid investment strategies I have learned about and experienced first hand.

If you truely are interested, start reading and researching, you dont have to believe everything you read, but atleast you will have a broader udnerstanding for everything, and be able to make more knowledgeable decisions in the future.

Titan Uranium Discovers New Mineralized Zone On Green River South Project, Utah

December 1, 2009

Saskatoon – Titan Uranium Inc (TSX-V:TUE, FSE:T4X) is pleased to announce that it has completed a 20-hole drilling program on the Green River South project, Emery County, UT. The drilling, which included follow-up to targets identified from an airborne geophysical program, has led to the discovery of a new zone of uranium mineralization. Drill intercepts in this new zone, the Ursa zone, include 3 feet (0.9 metres) averaging 0.276% eU3O8 in GRS-1035 and 3.5 feet (1.1 metres) averaging 0.127% eU3O8 in GRS-1025.

Titan has an option to earn up to an 85% interest in the Green River South project. The property comprises 582 mining claims, covering 11,989 acres/4850 ha, plus 5 state mining leases covering some 3,257 acres/1318 ha, in Utah’s San Raphael mining district, approximately 90 miles from the Shootaring Canyon Mill. The property includes the historic Sahara Mine.

The program consisted of 12,560 feet (3830 metres) of drilling in 20 holes. The drilling contractor was Carroll Drilling of Moab, Utah and the logging contractor was Hawkins CBM Logging of Cody, WY. Equivalent uranium grades (eU3O8) were estimated by the logging contractor using industry standard equipment which was regularly calibrated in the US Department of Energy test pits in Grand Junction, CO.

Of the 15 holes drilled in the Ursa zone, 4 were deemed to be mineralized, 3 intercepted low grade uranium mineralization, 7 contained anomalous levels of uranium and one was barren , and. This new zone extends at least 2000 feet in a NW-SE direction and its width is currently undefined. The mineralization is located within sand horizons in the Jurassic Salt Wash formation. The five holes (GRS 1037-1041) drilled on targets outside of the Ursa zone, were not mineralized.

Grade-thickness (GT) thresholds of 0.03-0.10 ft% eU3O8 for anomalous uranium, 0.10-0.25 ft% for low grade mineralization, and >0.25ft% for mineralized were applied. As a result of the discovery of this new mineralized zone, Titan has added 42 lode mining claims to fully cover the potential extensions of the zone. Detailed results from all drill holes are shown in the table below.

great news, i think i should open an account at questtrade sooner than later so I can buy maybe $100 of this but ive watched it daily and still hasnt moved for almost 2 weeks.
