what speakers and amp should i get?

i have a 98 buick lesabre and i have the sub stage finished but now im looking for some good speakers and an amp to power them. Im trying to keep it on a budget. i would like to spen under $300. i already have a pair of 6x9s in my rear deck. they are mtx thunders i got at a car show. i dont know if they are good or not. I have a 5 1/4 speakers in the front doors. I am looking for my highs to be as loud as possible. I obviously want sound quality but it doesnt have to be crazy. i just want the sound quality to be better than stock. but i do want it to be very loud when i turn it up high.

my questions are:

1. what speakers should i get for my doors?

2. what amp should i get for the speakers?

3. are mtx thunders good speakers or should i also get new speakers for the back

i would get the t3 audio components... they are about 100$.... keep your 6x9s for now... as far as amps go this little guy is a good bang for the $$$

with that id get 2 sets of t3 in the front and run your 6x9s off the rears... would be loud and clear and cheap....
