Redfoday Posted December 4, 2009 Report Share Posted December 4, 2009 i've got a single fi 15 ssd in a 2.5 cubic foot box running off some back alley brand amp. it sounds good as it is but it is most definately underpowered. i want that hard knock and could use some help with some amp suggestions. Redfoday Posted December 4, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 4, 2009 i dont really wanna go over three hundred. i found some decent hifonics on the web for about that. the box is hard to explain. there was a hole cut to act as a window because the sup sits inside the box on a 45degree wall but everything is sealed aside from that window. But i would like to know why Sundowns are better advertise wattage is real wattage...better warranty if something by chance does happen... hifonics works like this 2600 = 2200 1600rms = 1200 1200 = 800 myself i dont like buying something and not getting EXACTLY what i paid for...with the sundown you get the 1200rms and then a little bit more most of the time around 1400 rms for your money Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
