BassAddict59
OK guys, I have an idea for what I would like to do for my next system. I want to do 8-10" 4 Ohm CVR's with 2 amps. I want to wire 4 of them down to 2 ohms for each amp. My dilema is how do I wire the amps, and do the amps have to be bridgeable or no? sully
You will want bridgeable amps, You will also have 1 ohm per amp if you do 8 4 ohm subs. Make sure you get an amp that is able to go that low. 2003 Ford F-150 Reg Cab layin body on 26's 2003 Tahoe 3/5 drop on 26's with a 408cid Supercharged engine. 2011 Camaro 2SS 2005 VW GTI Stage II ECU, CAI, 3" turbo back exhaust, FMIC, lowered 2" on some plastidipped 18's 2003 Hayabusa lowered, stretched, cams, nitrous and custom paint

Skullz
Get 8 D4's and wire a set of 4 to 1 ohm and connect each set to the amp being strapped, most amps come with instructions on how to connect your amps to strap them. Each amp will have a set of 4 subs each and wired to 1 ohm. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
