you dont have to weld the chip onto any motherboard... step up into the 21st century. newegg is a great website to get parts to build a computer but if you dont really know how to build a computer im not sure you should unless youre willing to waste a good amount of your time to learn how.

ok well i have a list but i forgot about the computer case if thats ok? if you could bend your budget by like 50 bucks you could toss in a computer case also.

this is the parts list i have made up for you AND if you can do mail in rebates then hell you can get a really nice computer case also for under your budget so try to get those mail in rebates in, but just in case i made the total around your budget w/0 mail in rebate

thanks bro... i'll probably get everything expect 2 seperate hard drives... i think 1 500gb would work right ?

um well its gonna run slower than what i suggested. the primary hard drive has a speed of 10,000rpm which is very fast so is great for all your programs and everything and it will be alot faster than if you got 1 5400rpm 500gig hd. for your primary hard drive you want a really fast speed so it runs your main programs faster. the storage hard drive is less import and can have a slower speed because youll be using it to store music video and whatever. 1 500 gig hard drive will run alot slower than my suggestion but go for it if you want lol but my suggestion will perform better.
