Aftermarket headunit for 08 accord

Hey guys, i was thinking about replacing my stock headunit with a new and better one for an 08 accord. For people that know what the inside looks like, you'll know that i'll need to get a dashkit cover. Thats not my real concern, its more that the oem display will no longer function if i put an aftermarket headunit inside. My question is, is there any way i can get both the oem display and the headunit to work at the same time?
