Ok, time to get a 2 way alarm

Recommended Posts

Never even looked into these but I feel I need to. I just want a basic 2 way alarm, (no keyless entry, no trunk pop, no remote start, unless those come with it and dont need to be hooked up for the alarm to work) just an alarm, something to scare someone off and alert me. Looking @ this

*AND TO THE INSTALLERS*

How many wires we talking for just the alarm, (power, ign, ground, antenna..............) again 1st time doing it and wanna know if I should bring a installer friend of mine over to help out.

there is like 4 other topics on this... look at the 4-50 under this one in the security center

start by reading the installation manual, and have a proper knowledge and understanding of vehicle wiring and security interfacing and you should be OK

Though when something breaks, doesn't work right, please don't blame the gear or car, as you are inexperienced, as you stated above
