Nova Posted December 22, 2009 Report Posted December 22, 2009 I've been trying to find anything on-line about hooking a solid state drive up to a USB deck. Nothing. Anyone tried this? I'm looking at the Transcend 128gb SSD but I don't want to spend $300 if it's not going to work. I want to load up my music on the drive and play it in my truck. Anyone have any info on the subject? stop making sense you'll kill the argument. Earth, you feel me? You aren't loud enough to be felt.
Boon Posted December 22, 2009 Report Posted December 22, 2009 You'll need a 2.5" SATA - USB enclosure that will work with your deck. That's about it. Honestly that's a heap of money to spend for the same functionality you would get from a 32gb USB stick. 10.x volts fo' life!

Ya you would be way better off to get a big ass flash drive. They make up to a 128gb flash drive now.
