My amp is grounded to my rear battery. The rear battery is grounded to the negative on the front battery, which is grounded to chassis.

for that i would have it Engine/alt mount to your front battery. Thats the shortest ground your system is using.

Your battery to chassis ground will just be for you stock electrical equipment.

your sig says 4 runs of 0 gauge. Im assuming that is like mine and has 2 pos runs and 2 neg runs.

if that is true i would also do like mine and run 2 runs of 0 gauge from your engine/alt mount to your front battery

Got a chance to redo it the way you explained and everything is good again. I'm charging at 14.7 and got an mla on the way. Thanks again everybody for all your help.
