okay, i need some help...

im not exactly sure if this is possible...

so bare with me

i have 2 12" type r's...4ohms

wired to a 1ohm load...

i would like to install 2 more of these...all in a bigger box...

but i would like to keep the 1ohm load

since these are dual voice coil 4ohm subs, idk if thats possible

my amp is a rf t1500

heres a diagram i threw up just to show what i would like to do...if its even possible

remember, i still want a 1ohm load for 4 subs

HELP!

that makes it 2ohms tho, correct?

option 1 is 2 ohms yeah..

you would need dual 2ohm subs..(4) to make 1 ohm load

yeah you just need to know your thinking that its going to have a final load of 1 ohm but the way it will be it will be 1ohm +1 ohm not a 1 ohm final load

yeah okay. so im lookin at a 2ohm final load if i upgrade to 4...

so i should probly jsut stay at 2...? ahaha
