Wiring Problems?

Ok so i have two memphis 8's, single 4 ohm voice coil, and have them hooked up to a jensen(ya i know...) power 400.

I have them wired in series for an 8 ohm load and have them hooked to the bridged outputs... am i going to burn up my voice coils or amp doing this?

The amp puts out:

60 x2 channels 4ohm

100 x2 channels 2 ohms

200 x1 channel 4ohms bridged

also, i just got a hifonics hfi12d4 and was planning to wire it down to 2 ohms and hook it up to the jensen amp on the bridged outputs...this a bad idea?

running at 8 ohms wont hurt...but do NOT add that 12 in there. use either the pair of 8's or the 12. i'd use the 12 at 2 ohms over the 8's at 8 ohms. but from that description it doesnt look like the amp will like 2 ohms bridged. 2 ohms per channel or 4 ohms bridged

ya ya thats what i ment, i plan on replacing the 8's with the 12 once i get the box built
