BTL's were designed to take 2k RMS thats why its rated at that.. they'll get plenty loud on 2k any more and your asking for trouble especially if you are asking how to wire it up.. no offense Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(even my kickers are under rated. says 1K each. put i run 1.5K on each sub.) I do believe you got it wrong.
