Since i just got a job installing at a local shop i pulling EVERYTHING from the Black blazer and installing it in the Blue blazer. I Have BIG plans for the black truck :). 4 15's or 6 12's will sound great in black truck.

The equipment making its way to the Blue blazer:

2 alpine Type R 15's D2's

Custom ported box built by me

Rockford 1500.1 (Shark-fin) @ 2 ohms ~2000RMS

Pioneer DEH6800MP (Dolphin deck)

Pioneer iPod controller

Polk DB 6.5's

Polk MOMO 6.5's

Rockford 400.4 (New compact model)

Viper 5901 LC3 Remote start/Alarm

For Some Daily beat this will do just fine. once i finish the Black truck i might expand a little but i would still like to have room in the Daily driver for random stuff too.

another blazer! nice, got plans for a build in it? i like seeing what other people do with these

lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz.

The Polk DB"S are our most popular 6.5's. They retail for 109.99. there not the cheapest but still people love them. I must have 12 boxes in my own garage that i have installed in in friends and families cars, everyone likes them. The component set is even better but retails for 199.99 there not as popular. I really like the DB's just off deck or amped. The MOMOs however dont sound the greatest off deck, they NEED an amp.
