New box Design OPINONS WANTED!!!!

Recommended Posts

I'd personally go with like 4ft3 per woofer, 2 12" aeros w/ like 140-160in^2 of port area, tuned to like 34hz... You will gain a good amount by bringing up your tuning some and still retain the brutal lows.

What is your voltage like with the yellow tops?? I'd guess that you'd see a nice gain if you were to upgrade your batts and build a proper enclosure with aeros.

What do you mean about the Areo 12" long or diam? really interrested in areos never done em, but have heard good things

u need bracing in the box, so that will take up some volume and raise tuning

i would put ur displacement to .85-.9

when u add more volume its going to be more bottom heavy anyways, so i would actually raise ur tuning to maybe 31-32hz and even out ur output a bit more

and u need to click slot port... so back to the drawin board

fixed box would be made with 2 3/4 inch mdf pressed to anoter to make 1.5 and i will be using some threaded rod

hmm, tune it to 31hz to take up some volume, ur not gonna need 20cuft

ive said it over and over again, u need to have more displacement... ur subs alone take up .76cuft

u have to take into account 45s, bracing and resin/matt

hence why i said it will be closer to .86-.91 ish
