They're going to go on about how you don't need it and we all know you may think you'll use it for protection but you'll really just use it to taze your dumb friend thats being dumb and he'll die and you'll go to jail... honestly, you don't need a tazer if you cant defend yourself at your age with your bare fists you fail as a man!

They are a little more effective when it comes to self defense. I don't know about your parents. If not just carry a pocket knife Pocket knives are the best easy to conceal and sharp. This one is what I carry and it has worked wonders for me. Cheap as well extremely sharp cuts plastic or wood like its water. Very easy to draw also. kl0wn Posted January 18, 2010 Report Posted January 18, 2010 Here in VA, IIRC, the blade cannot be longer than an average persons hand. But you don't need a crazy long blade, the one I carry around goes 3/4 up a 12oz coke can. Also here in VA, there is a loop hole where you are allowed to carry a pistol around without being 21.
