bassHZ Posted January 20, 2010 Report Share Posted January 20, 2010 ok guys ive been shooping around for an amp that does 600 rms at 2 ohm or something very close to that for a nice entry level system i would like to keep it under 2 bills but i would appreciate any suggestions ... i would like one that comes with a bass nob cuz it comes in really handy .. so far the only amps i can find were the alpine mrp-500 and this nice fosgate prime http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_17368_...IME+R500-1.html ive seen a birth sheet on that and this amp ofcourse it underrated puts out 578 watts this is one of my top choices for the price the other i found was this kenwood http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_11795_...+KAC-9104D.html but the only con is that it doesnt have a bass nob and i dont know if this amp is really putting out 900 rms at 2 ohm but doesnt matter .. other choice was the kicker 500 but i really wanna see a birth sheet on that oo and also jl audio has tma amps one of em is this 500.1 amp i think would also work http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_21821_...o+T2+500.1.html any advise or suggestion would be greatly appreciated top choices that i really really like are the fosgate prime and the last TMA amp i like the stainless look ...lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd say they're a large leap above brands like Hifonics, honestly 90% of their amps are severely under-rated with the proper voltage the SAE-1200.1D can see about 1700RMS.
