cc_audio Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 But if I keep gains low til I get sufficient electrical upgrades will the stock electrical with the HC800 be alright for now?So to keep the 2500RMS happy I'm thinking: 200A alt. 2 Kinetik HC2000's 1 solid run of 0g. Big 3 upgrade. Possible MLA Module. Optima Yellowtop in front. Sound good? Anything that needs changing? I'm personally not a fan of yellowtops, I think they are overpriced for what they are. But some people love em so whatever. My buddies just blew up a month ago and he didn't have it very long. It blew out along the top of it. If you have stock wiring still I would only run about 600W out of your sub amp at most until the upgrades, voltage can still fall with a run of 1/0 if the big three isn't done. Voltage drop = bad. But that planned electrical should be sufficient enough, what amp are you running btw? Quote It's all gone! The Celica Build Feedback If I buy something from you, DO NOT USE FEDEX!
Mosin Posted January 23, 2010 Author Report Posted January 23, 2010 (edited) Plan is for a MB Quart DSC-2000.1D http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_17762_...SC2000.1D-.html And sorry I meant for now the stock batt and alt along with a Kinetik HC800 and big three done in Kicker Hyper Flex and same brand for power and ground.
