Boon Posted February 2, 2010 Report Share Posted February 2, 2010 Pull the back off. Locate the output transistors... probably larger ones closer to the end of the amp with the RCA connectors on it. Set your DMM to diode test, symbol looks a bit like this -|<- Test each possible combination of probes on the 3 legs of the transistor, i.e. left-center, left-right, right-center.
