Decaf Posted January 26, 2010 Report Share Posted January 26, 2010 (edited) either amp ur not gonna have enuf electrical to back it up at full power anyways if u drop to 12.2v now u are draining ur bat, ideally u want to stay above floating voltage which is ~12.8 even with the extra batt likely ur voltage drop will be higher, a bigger amp will pull more amps, and when the voltage drops ur gonna be lower than 12.2v spend some money on an alt that can provide ~200a so ur batts arent being drained all the time Edited January 26, 2010 by Decaf Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I ran 2 for months...direct swap from my rf t2000 to one 2610 and the rockford(birthsheet 2200w) out performed it. Save the money get a better amp. The AQ is very nice for that price.
