it either wires 1 ohm or 4 ohm dual 2 cannot be wired to 2 ohm.

how ever connect all + and all negatives together and plug that way.

if you have by accident plugged a - and a + together the sub will not play and is shorting out!

What r u talking about? I hope your not talking about wiring in seires? Cause thats what it seems like you just described, and won't "short" your sub out. It will give it a 4 ohm load.

i still cant get it working, this is the method im using

Connect a piece of speaker wire between the "+" terminal of the amplifier and the "+" terminal of the first set of speaker terminals. Connect a piece of speaker wire between the "+" terminal of the first set of speaker terminals and the "+" terminal of the second set of speaker terminals.

Connect a piece of speaker wire between the "-" terminal of the amplifier and the "-" terminal of the first set of speaker terminals. Connect a piece of speaker wire between the "-" terminal of the first set of speaker terminals and the "-" terminal of the second set of speaker terminals.

pay attention PRO...

if you wire the sub in parallel and on 1 voice coil you accidentley go from - to + and + to - then your shorting the sub out!

I have seen people do this in the dark with little light trying to install or in a hurry not paying attention.

the sub has no output but the cone will get warm!
