i just ordered DD 2510's but i told him not to actually call dd and have them made untill i figure out if i wanna run them to a 1 ohm load or .5 ohm. I have a sundown saz 1500 and i have an iraggi 260 amp alt, an optima red top, and a kinetic hc2400 with the big 3 done all in 1/0. i figure after box rise even wired at .5 ohm it will be over 1 ohm anyways so do you guys think this is a good idea or should i stick to 1 ohm? and how much power will it put out at a half ohm?

thanks,

-eric

Eric,

If I had to guess I'd say over half the people that own 1500s run them at 0.5 daily -- whether I endorse it or not -- your electrical sounds good... so your chances of problems are low.
