Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. tacomabanga1986 Posted February 16, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 i aint tryed restarting the comp or not, now dads laptop has a hdmi output on it and if i unhook my hdmi cable from the cable box and hook into the laptop it works that way but when i do the hdmi to vga to dvi it wont work i unno if its a bad cable or what on the back of the adapter i got it says note: this adapter works with dvi-a analog and dvi-i digital and analog intergrate cables, it DOES NOT work with dvi-d digital cables does that matter for what im doing or no?
