I am not 21 I am only 18, so I got a citation for underage alcohol possession. Well I got tons of stuff thrown at me, but the biggest one was restricted license for 6 months. Well the other people at that party barely got in any trouble, so I cannot ask them the question about this. Earlier I was hanging out with a few of my friends, and they said that when they got a suspended license for wreckless driving tickets, when they went to get their license again they had to re-take the test. Well mine was not suspended so I personally do not seeing myself have to re-take the test again, have anybody on here been through this and know if I will have to re-take the test? I know it's not hard, I just want to know if I am going to be stuck at the DMV for a few extra hours or not. i dont know about the laws there but here we just have to pay a $50 reinstatement fee n you good to go again but id just call the dmv and ask them that would be the easiest I hate calling DMV, it takes forever to get an actual person on the phone where I live. I guess I can call my probation officer and see if she knows, if not I will resort to going through with calling DMV. I've had my license suspended 4 times when I was young (I was a jerkoff in my youth) and I never had to take it again. I even got a DUI and did not have to take it when I got my license back from that. You should be cool. Takes them about an hour at least to get your papers after you finish the test. Lucky, takes our DMV at least an hour to call your number, and the place won't be packed. When I went there to go get my restricted license, all I had to do was fill out a few forms, then take another picture and fill out another form. Took me about 2 hours do that because the DMV near my house is very slow.
