Yes, it is the 60 amp stock alt:)

OK, got the DC Subs in Thursday, almost finished with the SPL box build. 4 cubes gross tuned to 58hz to start with. Friend of mine owns a meter, so expect results later today or tomorrow.

nice

Team S.M.D.

Maritime Car Audio- (2) 18" SSA ZCON D1

- American Bass 500.1

- 60 ft of 3/0

-480 Ah of battery

- (2) stock alternators (70 +90)

- Kenwood Excelon x-794, 4v preouts

car audio is just a LOT more complicated than "this amp does this power" or "this sub will be this loud". its like 2 + 2 = banana. (if that confuses you then you get the point) lol

OK 148.7 @ 58hz, box rise is killing it...

So we built a new daily driver box, 7 cubes gross, 65 square inches of port area, tuned to 27hz:)

Metered 147.something @ 29hz:) not sure of the exact number, it was late when we finished. It is a low end monster, moving a TON of air for 2 12s. Thanks to my friend David, and my son George, for help with this build!
