BeachJoshua
Okay what ohm are your subs is what we need to know you might of said it but i dont feel like looking and if your having a final load of 4ohm then your amp is only putting out 300watts rms so each sub gets 75wattrms not 300 if you wire them down to 1 or 2 ohms then you will get 150watts per sub If you don't get this, this is how we are getting the numbers Your amp does 600watts at 1 and 2 ohm so if you wire the subs down to a final load of 1 or 2 ohms you are getting what is said to be 600 watts you take the 600 divided by 4 since you have four subs then you get 150watts per sub. Now if you wire it to 4ohms your saying it will only put out 300 watts so then you take the 300 divided by 4 since you have four subs and you get 75 watts per sub that better? Fucking seriously? I don't get it... can I get a trust worthy web page that says this? I looked into this a while back and that doesn't make sense to me. | S-10 | 4.5^3 ft | 33Hz | SAE-1000D @ 1 Ohm | 2 SA-12s | SPL: 143.7 Sealed | 153.4 Port Wars
tequila
How the hell does that make sense? whether you're putting, one, two, two hundred subs to that amp with a final impendance load of 4 ohms. those subs are only gonna get 300 watts rms. Not all of them are gonna get 300w each. So 300 WATTS divided by 4 subs = 75 watts to each sub. that makes perfect sense. Nirvalica
Let me make an analogy. Say you have 300 dollars that you must share with 4 people. Not each person will get 300 dollars, they will get 1/4 of it, which is 75 dollars. Same with your amp and subs. Your amp will put out 300 watts that you are sharing with 4 subs, so each gets 75 watts. My Youtube Page.
