roundin over ur port openin with a 1/2-3/4 roundover bit helps some too if u have one available

Beautiful wiring i have to say

When i built the battery cover i didnt remember the back of the seat was slanted and i had to trim it to fit......FAIL

2 g31 18 wheeler batts all 0 guage and 1/0 welding wire

I have 1 run of streetwires 0 gauge

also i have two + and two - in 2/0 welding wire i compared the size of the wire inside the jacket of the SW and Welding wire and it was damn fucking close I have no voltage drop ...AT ALL

if u want to make ur port both flared and be flush with the second baffle go to lowes/menards/home depot and grab urself some 3/4 by 3/4 quarter round

grab a miter box and uve got a much sexier port!!

if the box has any flex you need more bracing. it will make it louder and keep your box from blowing apart.

but since u already cut all ur wood, u can basically add that roundover or flare by using 3/4" quarter round lots of glue and a few finishin nails... it looks like this
