but since u already cut all ur wood, u can basically add that roundover or flare by using 3/4" quarter round lots of glue and a few finishin nails... it looks like this

so i would have to cut through the first baffle to fit the 1/4 round but if i add it to the ouside port wall wouldnt it make it longer and screw up the tuning, or is really not that much of a diffrence.?

it helps, but in ur case its kind of a pain to add because of the way ur 2nd baffle sits

i didnt notice ur 2nd baffle only left 1/4 of an inch...
